Since coming across The Work of Byron Katie in late 2008, I have been committed to redefining who I am without my story.  Now my work with clients involves inviting them to do the same... to take the courageous step of letting go of their stories to step into the unknown, finding a new sense of freedom and unlimited potential. I combine this approach with skills developed in my varied professional and educational background which enable me to bring a big picture holistic approach to my clients.   My intention with each client is to provide a safe and supportive environment for them to experience their own potential on each and every level they are ready and willing to.  My passion for human potential is at the foundation and core of every connection I form.  I believe we are complex spiritual, emotional, mental and physical beings.  I am fascinated by developing our understanding of how best to integrate all of these components for the purpose of maximising our potential and  daily fulfillment.
