Most of what fills my life these days I was barely able to comprehend three years ago.  During that time my life has completely turned upside down (in a good way!) and the pace of change has increased to almost avalanche speed over the last eight months.  I often find myself sitting with clients using examples of what has changed to illustrate what is possible for them... this is a huge part of why I believe so passionately in human potential and that anything is possible.

So... what does an intuitive do when she finds herself stopped in her tracks, confronted by her own pain, self sabbotage and can distinctly feel saddness, despair and overwhelm creeping in... frustrated by the awareness that even though she has an extensive reportoire of resources and yet she still feels like she has no idea what to do?

Well all that came to me to do was sit down and write about what I would do if I had a client sitting with me and they were experiencing the same dilemma.
* Firstly I asked myself what started the thoughts which stopped me in my tracks?
* What now comes to mind around these thoughts, in particular any triggers that have lead up to this halt?
* Is there anything I can draw on that has worked before in moving past these thoughts?
* What is the first thing I can think of that would help me feel better?
* Is there any support I need to help me in moving forward?

I often find for myself (and many of the clients I work with) simply answering these questions and beginning to develop action steps towards freedom gets me moving again.

It's also a powerful time to refer to nurture lists and basic self care to support ourselves to be the best we can be.  If you would like a copy of our Nurture Lists for getting started wtih self care please email
melody@meunlimited.co.nz now, with 'Nurture List' in the subject line.

Yours in support of self awareness, Melody
